  • Reviewed and summarized master agreements, deal memos, and schedules of Food Network and Cooking Channel talent, producers, and partners for use in new business, current negotiations, and agreement terminations

  • Conducted legal research related to contractual interpretation of commonly used phrases such as “best efforts”, “reasonable efforts”, and “commercially reasonable efforts” when determining the intent of the binding parties within CA, NY, and TN jurisdiction

  • Created a database for the entire BizLaw Department to utilize during negotiations that summarizes all former and present talent fees dependent upon various factors including the level of celebrity reached, the type of show, the length of show, etc.

  • Monitored YouTube for copyright infringement and the submission of DMCA takedown notices for copyright infringements found

  • Facilitated a three-month experiential marketing tour partnering BMW with USA Olympic and Paralympic athletes to increase BMW’s overall motor vehicle sales through the execution of forty-three test drive events at BMW centers in nine states resulting in 3,407 total registrants.

  • Assisted with overall event production and logistics including property research, vendor management, registration, post sales, inventory management, communications, media, hospitality, and test drive facilitation.

  • Increased the tour’s attendance by 20% compared to the 2014 tour resulting in an overall program conversion rate of 33%.

  • Managed a staff of six including an Assistant Account Executive, Graphic Designer, Media Relations Specialist, Public Relations Specialist, and Researcher to create and execute a communications plan and campaign for the Howard University Office of Undergraduate Studies with the objective of increasing social media presence and brand awareness.

  • Planned events including a student leadership panel and lunch mixer where overall annual event attendance was increased by 333%.

  • Revamped the organization’s branding through the creation of a logo, slogan, and brochure and created a social media campaign that increased their Twitter followers by 176% and Instagram followers by 279%.

  •  Assisted in the Press Room during the BET Awards 13 with talent, media outlets, and the management of all press room interviews.

Campus Entertainment, Windows 8 Tour Promoter, Washington, D.C.

March 2013 - May 2013

  • Created a social media campaign using Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote the Windows 8 Tour to Howard University’s student body of nearly 10,000 students.

  • Hired event students to work the Windows 8 Tour and trained them in branding, program expectations, and the new features of Windows 8 in order to successfully promote Windows’ new product to the Howard University students.

  • Managed, maintained, and oversaw the success of the Windows 8 Tour on Howard University’s campus through altering the image of Windows products to the average college student while, also, securing at least 140 surveys and trials by students on campus daily.
